Condolences to the "Manny" family from Bill Porter former president of Triad Service Company. Manny was always so good to all of us along the way as we all worked toward a common goal to make the Salt Lake International Center and Triad Center beautiful and distinctive developments for businesses. He accomplished those goals and made all of our lives better along the way. Myself, my family and my former Service Company employees are with you in your loss of a good man. Manny will be missed greatly by all that were fortunate enough to know him.

Manny was a dear friend and mentor many years ago. He gave me my first grownup job at KSL TV when I was a student at the University of Utah. I was taught about life in the real world from him.

Even though our lives to different paths, I always thought of fondly and followed his successful career with great interest.

I send his family all my love and a special thought to Becky and Hub whose paths we have crossed over the years

He will be missed.
