Lyudmila Mikhelson
January 1, 1932 - November 28, 2020
Lyudmila Mikhelson peacefully passed away in her sleep on November 28, 2020. She lived a long and sometimes very difficult life surviving World War II, communist repressions, divorce, the demise of the country she was born in, and most difficult of all – the death of her only daughter Natasha. That said, she was a fighter and always went well out of her way to help her family and was always willing to sacrifice her own well-being to help her loved ones. Her honest no-nonsense approach could be difficult to follow but was always very effective in the long run. She loved life and her family above all else. She will be missed by her grandchildren and her son-in-law but she will always live in their memories of good times shared together and the knowledge that her strong will and resolve will be carried forward towards new generations to come. Memories eternal! Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint George Russian Orthodox Church, 6790 South 1300 West, West Jordan.
