Angie Charice Schneider's Obituary
“Life is Short, Break the Rules, Forgive Quickly, Kiss Slowly, Love Truly, Laugh Uncontrollably, and Never regret anything that makes you smile.” Mark Twain
It is not supposed to be this way. A parent should not be writing an obituary for their child. Angie’s passing brings indescribable pain and feelings of heartache and loss. But, also of comfort that her suffering has ended.
As I write this, I remember all of the great times we had with her. I choose to recall the beauty, the love, and the laughter. I reflect on the family parties, the talks, the phone calls, and the love she shared with everyone with whom she came in contact. It’s hard for me to remember a time when she wasn’t laughing or smiling. She was so full of love, and would do anything for anyone. Although she left us too soon, she lived a life full of joy and adventure. She was a daughter, a sister, a mentor and a friend to so many.
She was born May 8, 1977 to Gene and Teri Schneider. She had one sibling, Ryan Schneider who predeceased her on April 4, 2020. I like to think that he is holding her now.
She has many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, who she loved with all of her heart. She is survived by her parents Frank Gene and Teri Schneider, her Grandmother Jeri Granger Meyer and Grandfather Robert (Bob) Stevens. Our family wishes to extend our deepest gratitude to all those who showed love and compassion to Angie in her final days.
Please remember the great times we were able to spend with her. Remember the smiles and laughs we got to share. Be thankful for the time we had with her. More importantly, be thankful for the time we get with those still here. Love them, laugh with them and be kind to them. Remember just how powerful a wink, a hug, or a smile can be.
We will always love and miss you, Angie. Thank you for all you have taught us. We will forever celebrate you and the positive, happy, spirit you projected.
A celebration of Angie’s life will take place on November 16, 2023 from 1-3 p.m.
at Neil O’Donnell Funeral Home located at 372 East 100 South Salt Lake City, UT 84111.
Please join us in remembering this beautiful, unstoppable, spirit!
