Jimskin James Emelio Lucero's Obituary
James (Jimskin) Lucero passed peacefully in his sleep on January 21, 2022 at age 22 in Salt Lake City. He took his sister's hand and they returned to heaven together.
He was born on September 28, 1999 in Ogden, Utah. James was the guy everyone loved and even if you didn't like him, you respected him. He was funny, loyal, loving, and had a smile that made everything ok .You always knew when he walked into a room. He spent a lot of time with his brothers, teaching them the ways of life. He had a special relationship with his brother Adrian whom he loves like no other.
James had begun to pursue his love of music and was on his way to greatness. James wants to thank the ones that supported him in his journey and saw the potential in him. Big T, Santana, Joey, Tony, Big John, and all of those I don't personally know. He loves and respects you all. Please know that you all touched his life in the same way he's touched yours. He is loved and will be eternally missed.
James is survived by his mom (Mandy), his POPS (Nick), his beautiful daughter (Janelle), his 3 sisters (Kristabelle, Nea, and Antoinette), his 7 brothers (Adrian, Joaquin, Jacob, Gaberiel, Isaiah, Domanic, and Julian), his nieces (Sofia and Natalia) who he loved with his whole heart. His fiance Esperanza and her 4 children (Sami, Nea, PA, and Enzo) who he loved very much. His Sosa Boi and his moso who he will forever watch over, his father (James lucero), Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, many nieces and nephews, and so many friends he loves dearly. James is preceded in death by his sister and best friend Audrey Mains 1990 - 2015. She was his angel, and now they can spend the rest of eternity together. You are loved by so many, son. Respected by all, and forgotten by none.... stay dangerous baby.
Let's send this guy to the heavens the way he lived on earth.... big! Let's show him he is loved and will be remembered. Please join us on Sunday January, 30 2022 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Neil O'Donnell funeral home. Located at 372 E 100 S, Salt Lake City. Thank you to all that have donated. Whether it was money, food, or your time. All of it is appreciated. XOXOX
