"Andy Coy"\r\nOur beloved Father, Grandfather, Great-Grand Father, Uncle, and Friend, Andres Corsino Romero, 91, of West Valley City, Utah passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family on January 25, 2017. Born on April 16, 1925 in Vadito, New Mexico to Laudes and Eulalia Romero.\r\nHe married Livaina Martinez as they spent 53 wonderful years together.\r\nAndy proudly served in the U.S. Army as he became a World War II Veteran. He worked for many years in the silver and copper mines and later at Anaconda. He was a loved member of the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church where he dedicated a big part of his life. Andy enjoyed fishing, working in his garden, trips to Wendover, cross word puzzles, keeping busy, and spending time with his loved ones. He will be sorely missed by all who knew his kind, selfless and loving soul.\r\nSurvived by children Gloria, Rudy, Violet and Mike. Along with 3 brothers and 1 sister, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.\r\nPreceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, 2 sisters and the love of his life Lee.\r\nHeartfelt thanks to the staff at Caregiver Network Hospice and Dr. Larry Dixon of the V.A. for their loving care.\r\nA Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday January 30th at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 3580 W. 3650 S, with a viewing at the church 1 hour prior to the Mass. A Vigil Service and a viewing will be from 6-8 p.m., Sunday January 29th also at the church. Funeral director's: Neil O'Donnell & Sons.\r\nIn lieu of flowers donations may be made to Catholic Community Services, 745 East 300 South SLC, UT 84102.
