Anthony James Montoya
1971-2024, Go Raiders!
Anthony was born in Salt Lake City Utah to David Alfonso Montoya and Adela Garcia Montoya.
Anthony enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking, bike riding, his dogs, he enjoyed watching sports. Anthony was full of love and so kind to everyone. He would make a stranger his best friend in seconds. He was so comfortable to be around, he was always helping others, Anthony had so much pride in his family, he especially enjoyed family time. Whether it be relaxing watching TV or having a family BBQ party.
Anthony survived by the love of his life and wife Amy Montoya. Amy gave Anthony a life full of pride, love and happiness, their bond was unbreakable.
He leaves behind his brothers Mark, and Lee Montoya, His sisters Madeline Ortega, and Melita Montoya. His daughter Roaze Mendozo and two sons Antonio (Alma) Montoya and Patrick (Dezerae) Montoya. Grandsons Rowdy and Arlin Mendoza, Miguel Ruesga, Emiliano and Juliano Montoya, Lorenzo and Loucianno Montoya, granddaughters Jaylah Montoya and Desmond Mendoza. His three Stepsons Daniel (Vanessa) Montoya, David (Esperanza) Montoya and Domonic Montoya, Three grandsons Brentley, Davien and Darius Montoya.
Anthony leaves behind his best friend and Mother-in-Law Tina Robinson who shared a bond like no other.
Preceded in Death by his parents David A. Montoya and Adela G. Montoya, His brothers Raymond, George, David and Leopold Montoya.
Anthony has left his print on all who know him, Anthony will forever be missed and loved, we will cherish all the life lessons and memories we hold dear to our heart.

A Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 9:00 - 11:00 AM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church located at 1058 West 400 South Salt Lake City, UT 84104, A Celebratory Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM with a luncheon at 12:00 PM.
