AvaLee Elizabeth Chavez, age 69, passed away on March 4th, 2026 in Salt Lake City, UT. She was born on July 6th, 1956 in Salt Lake City, UT to Simona Ernestine Trujillo and Richard Abraham Chavez.
She is survived by Brother, Richard Chavez ll, Sisters, Brenda Chavez and Yolanda Chavez, Cousin, Maryann, Son, Gilbert Madrid, Father to son Lee Madrid and many nieces and nephews and family.
Proceeded in death by parents, Father, Richard Chavez, Mother, Simona Trujillo Chavez, Siblings; Brother, Daniel Chavez, Brother, Anthony J. Chavez, Sister, Paula Chavez, and Godfather, Freddy Baca.
