Benny Paul Abila's Obituary
Benny Paul Abila of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016 at the young age of 40 with family and friends by his side.\r\nBenny was born to parents Alex Abila and Lorraine Baca in Salt Lake on July 15th 1976. He grew up as the eldest of 5 Children and later was the eldest to 3 more siblings. Benny enjoyed fishing, bowling and watching The Dallas Cowboys and always loved to make people laugh. Benny attended West High School and later had two children Lameika Bitsilly and Benny Jr. Abila and recently had his first grand child who was born on Benny's birthday this year which Benny was excited for.\r\nBenny is survived by his parents Alex Abila (Karen) and Lorraine Baca; daughter, Lameika Bitsilly; his son, Benny Abila Jr.; Brothers, Leo, Danny, Stan Abila, Grant and Kody Burke his sister, Eleasha Burke and one grandchild Fabio. Benny also had several close cousins, aunts, uncles nephews and nieces who loved him dearly. He is preceded in death by his brother John Abila, grandparents and the mother to his children Lisa Bitsilly.\r\nA viewing of the body will be available to the public at Neil O' Donnell and Sons Mortuary located at 372 East 100 South in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday September 30th, 2016 from 12:30pm- 1:30pm followed by a tribute to Benny. The family is grateful for the condolences, in lieu of flowers there will be a donation box to help the family pay for the cost of unexpected expenses.
