Beverly ReNae Gonzales "Mama Bev"- Our loving daughter, sister and mother passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 20th, 2019.\r\nShe was born August 12th, 1968 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Juanita J. Gonzales and Arthur Arellano.\r\nBeverly's greatest joy was spending time with her sons; Christopher and Jacob, and her two grandchildren Donovan and Jada.\r\nShe loved cooking, playing candy crush and watching CNN, as she was very political (as many of you know), and especially loved her New England Patriots.\r\nBeverly married Gordon S. Jones on June 24th, 1995. They later divorced but remained very good friends. Beverly was employed by Sutter Health.\r\nShe is survived by her mother; Juanita Chavez, father; Arthur Arellano (Brunhilda), Son; Jacob Jones, Aunt; Ramona Gonzales, Daughter-in-law; Jenny, Grandchildren; Donovan and Jada, Brothers; Juan F. Gonzales (Sheri), Arturo Chavez (Monique) and Niece, that she helped raise; Vanessa Gonzales.\r\nShe is preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents. Her loving son; Christopher Michael Gonzales and Cousin; Vincent Samora.\r\nThe family wishes to thank all of mama Bev's sons, friends, family and co-workers for their tremendous love and support.\r\nA Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Monday January 28, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 715 West 300 North, Salt Lake City. A vigil service will be held 6:00 p.m. Sunday January 27, 2019 at Neil O'Donnell & Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, Salt Lake City where friends may gather 1 hour prior.
