"Charlie, Chuck, Carlo"\r\nOur beloved, husband, father, grandfather and uncle, Charles Jasper Calfo, died September 12, 2019. Son of Angelo and Angelina Calfo. Graduated from Judge Memorial Catholic High School, and attended business college. Member of the National Guard. Member of the Knights of Columbus. Longtime member Saint Ann and Saint Ambrose parishes.\r\nMarried Kathleen Forhan in 1964. They had two children John Charles and Michael Paul.\r\nCharles was a kind and gentle man. He was known as "Carlo" for producing homemade Italian sausage. Owned Carlo's Italian Delicatessen. Later worked as night maintenance manager at the University of Utah Union Building.\r\nSurvived by wife Kaye of 55 years; son Michael Paul, grandchildren, Danielle Rose Calfo and Christopher Calfo, and nieces and nephews.\r\nPreceded in death by parents, brother Angelo, and son John Charles.\r\nA funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday September 20, 2019 at Saint Ambrose Catholic Church, 1975 South 2300 East.
