Harbans Kaur Gill\r\n\r\n1914 - 2015\r\n\r\nOur loving mother and grandmother, Harbans Kaur Gill, passed away on April 11, 2015.\r\n\r\nShe was born August 15, 1914 in Katana Sahib, India, the daughter of Chanan Singh and Harnam Kaur Mangat.\r\n\r\nBaji was a guiding compass for all who had the privilege of knowing her. She loved and nurtured many and did so with grace and unparalleled selflessness. She has left an indelible impact on so many lives and while she is no longer with us, her contributions to the enrichment of those in which she had come in contact with will live forever.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by four children, Rajinder (Gurmail) Gill, Inderjit (Piara Singh) Sekhon, Sohan (Surinder) Gill, and Hermit (Herjit Singh) Kullar, eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.\r\n\r\nThe family wishes to thank Dr. Ram Sharma and Dr. Thomas Kottarathil for the kind care they gave our mother.\r\n\r\nA viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Neil O'Donnell and Sons Mortuary, 372 East 100 South, Salt Lake City. Thereafter, religious service will be held at the Sikh Temple of Utah, 4897 South Redwood Road, at 1:00 p.m.
