James Joseph Hutchings\r\nMay 9, 1976 - October 14, 2016\r\n\r\n\r\nJJ died peacefully at home in his bed Friday night, surrounded by family. He is survived by his Mother, Mary; siblings Joan, Maria, Sara, Liz and Tim; and brothers from another mother, Troy\r\nand Justin. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sara Jo, and his grandparents Matthew & Mary Hutchings. JJ was an indescribably loving and kind brother, son, friend and Uncle 2 Js. He always has had a remarkable gift of making everyone around him feel special. He was polite and chivalrous and regarded all people equally. He was a friend to many, and was well loved by all who knew him\r\nin his home town of Rose Park. His favorite seasons were Dodgers, Utes, Bears and Jazz. He lived his life as a celebration. He shared in the enjoyment of life with Sara Jo for 15 years;\r\nCreated endless memories with life-long friends; shared a special connection with his sisters Maria and Sara; and in the last year, filled his life with laughter and love with his girlfriend,\r\nCourtney. Although our memories of him are endless, they will never fill the hole his absence leaves in our hearts. One Love...West Side!\r\nA funeral mass will be held Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 257 N 700 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. A viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Road Home Shelter.
