My sincere condolences for the Family. Family was important to him. Joe was a great friend and mentor for 44 years. He had been my recruiter, always stayed in touch, would even check on my elderly mother while I was in basic training. A great and true friend, a wise mentor, always a great laugh. I will miss him dearly. Prayers. Long salute, my Great Friend.
