There’s a particular memory that I cherish, one that captures the essence of who he
was. Dad was a smooth talker, outgoing, and always energized by being around
people. His infectious laughter and vibrant spirit drew people to him, making him the
life of any gathering. He had this uncanny ability to make everyone feel important and
valued. Whether he was tossing a football at a family barbecue or negotiating a deal,
he did everything with charisma and confidence that only he possessed.
What I will miss most about Dad is his smile, the kind that could light up the darkest of
rooms, his boundless energy, and that hearty laugh that echoed joy. I will miss his
honesty, the kind that was often blunt but always rooted in love, and, most of all, just
having him here, in this world, every single day.
As I reflect on our time together, I find comfort in knowing that I was there with him in
his last years on this planet. I was able to show him how truly loved and missed he
was. Being by his side, I realized that he wasn’t just a father to me but a guiding light,
the embodiment of resilience and wisdom.
I want him to be remembered as he deserves: the Boss of all bosses. Someone for
whom time was money, who lived life on his own terms, and who was always moving
forward with an indomitable spirit. His legacy is a lasting one—a testament to the
impact he had on those fortunate enough to have known him.
Thank you, Dad, for all the lessons you taught me, for the love you gave, and for the
memories that will forever be ingrained in my heart. I love you with all my heart and
will carry your spirit within me, always. Rest easy, God's boss of all bosses.
