Linda Rae Diaz's Obituary
August 27,1963- November 27, 2018\r\nIt's with great sadness and heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our precious mother, daughter, sister & grandmother. Linda was the youngest daughter born to the late Alfred Maestas & Rosie Hellstrom on August 27, 1963.\r\nShe is survived by her children Whittney, Christina, Helene, Nicholas, & her beloved dog Heratio Rae, 6 grandchildren, her mother, and many other loved ones. She is proceeded in death by her father Alfred Maestas.\r\nHer family and friends best remember Linda for her caring, gentle nature and perseverance. Even when faced with medical difficulties, she found a way to light up those around her. She loved collecting anything to do with butterflies, owls and dreamcatchers.\r\nOur mother cherished her friendships and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids. She had a special knack for taking care of people. We'll always remember her big beautiful smile and how she gave the best hugs. Although we are sad that she is gone, we're happy that she is free of her pain. We love you Mom and we'll miss you! 131)\r\nFuneral services will be held on Friday December 7, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 257 N 700 W, Salt Lake City, UT 84116starting at 12:30pm with the rosary, and the Mass to follow at 1pm.
