Louis Frank DePasquale\r\n\r\n1922 - 2017\r\n\r\nOur beloved father, grandfather, uncle, brother and friend Louis Frank DePasquale passed away May 12, 2017. Louis was born December 3, 1922 to parents Berardino "Bill" and Mary Alberga DePasquale in Salt Lake City, Utah. Louis graduated from South High School in 1940 then went on to serve with distinction in the United States Army; fighting valiantly in the Pacific during WWII. After returning home, Louis married Jane Granato on June 5, 1948. Louis and Jane enjoyed 38 years of loving marriage raising their two sons Bill and Robert.\r\n\r\nLouis was a dependable and industrious man; he retired from Zellerbach Paper Company after 35 years of dedicated service. He was also a sincere and loyal man who often shared his love and friendship through food. He and Jane were known to host weekly "Spaghetti Saturdays" bringing many friends and family together.\r\n\r\nLouis is survived by his son, Robert DePasquale; brother in law, Jeano Campanaro; and grandchildren, William, Bob, Lou and Parker. He was preceded in death by wife, Jane; sisters, Katherine (John) Durrant, Dorothy Campanaro and son Bill (Suzanne) DePasquale.\r\n\r\nGraveside services will be held 12:00pm Saturday May 20th at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 4th Avenue and T Street, Salt Lake City.
