Mae Margaret Barela's Obituary
Mae Margaret Barela, age 73, passed away on March 16, 2026 at her home residence. She was born on May 24, 1952 in Highland Boy, Utah to Angela Torres and Merlin T Barela. Mae was the baby of the family and was proud of it. She was a 1970 graduate from Bingham High School, and then graduated from the University of Utah in 1974. Mae also owned and operated her own landscaping business.
She is preceded in death by her partner, Nohemy Linares, who passed in 2010, her parents, Merlin T Barela and Angela Torres, her siblings, Carole Montoya, Marsha Conti, Jenny Quezada, Merlin A Barela, Lois Glover, and David A. Barela. She is survived by her sister, Kaye Price and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services and Times are listed below.
