Vivian Hazel Blair's Obituary
Vivian Hazel Blair, age 77, passed away on August 23, 2021 at 7:27 pm due to Covid-19. She was born on February 7, 1945 in Sant Fe, New Mexico to Margret Romero and Sotero Dick Romero. She was married to Kermit “Fuzzy” Blair for 14 years in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Vivian Spent her life working in the health care industry and devoted her life to her wonderful husband, kids, and grandchildren. She was one of eight children. She will be deeply missed by all but not forgotten (SHE WAS OUR ROCK).
Vivian is survived by Son Fred (Brandi) Pacheco, Daughter Darlene (Michael) Herrera, 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren.
Vivian is preceded in death by her Husband Kermit “Fuzzy” Blair, Daughter Sylvia, Son Marvin Pacheco and Grandson Jalero Martinez and Rohanda Fryeta Romero.
Services for Vivian Hazel Blair will be limited to immediate family members only during this time. We ask for your unwavering support and understanding at this time of need.
A visitation, for immediate family will be held from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Neil O’Donnell Funeral Home, 372 E. 100 S. SLC, UT., followed by a Holy Rosary service at 12:30 pm. Funeral service will commence at 1:00 pm. Internment will be the following day at Mt. Calvary on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 1:00 pm. 275 U St. Salt Lake City, UT 84103.
