Jack Martin
Dear aunt Patsy you had a very full life. You meant so much to so many people and gave your life to others In so many ways. You were a firm believer in Jesus Christ. And without a doubt you are with all of your family members today including my dear mother your sister. I am sorry that my family cookout attend the funeral due to COVID-19. Arlene and I have been exposed just recently . Flaming red hair and always a beautiful welcoming smile what was the first thing I would always see when when we would meet her chance and my mom and dad‘s house. I remember so much about you since I was just little. They are all good memories. The Wilson family was very tight knit group. Grandma and grandpa will always be open to all of us there, from Fish fries on the back patio. When grandpa fish or brought home from Strawberry Reservoir. And my fondest memory of you and you’re kids and Uncle Steve, aunt Joe’s entire family and your little brother Jack’s family what made out my house in Rose Park to have our annual Christmas eve dinner. Corky, me and Patty and Danny became very close cousins because all of our parents were extremely close and loved each other so much. You were definitely very intelligent woman who always became involved in our family discussions. And you were definitely not afraid to speak up with an opinion especially with the man in the old days when they were so domineering. I’m remembering right now how talented you grandma Wilson and my mom and aunt Joe were so inherently gifted with artistic talent. I am too An artist invert it became my lifelong career. Aunt Patsy and my mom would take sculpting lessons together. We had a great famous sculptor who designed many of the Mormon churches statues. She created in clay and credible life-size head of her beautiful Patty. Without previous sculpting lessons Aunt Patsy created from the clay the most realistic piece of art of Patty. It was really unbelievable. I guess the scolding talent of yours is what would you and mom into the world of doll making.
May you have an eternity of peace from here on out in heaven where we all hope to be someday. So look after us from up high or right next to us in your spirit. I firmly believe my mom is my guardian angel as you will be with all of your children and grandchildren. Let them always remember you and invite you into their hearts each day.
Once more to all we are so sorry for not being able to attend the services. I feel like I am part of it , though as I am writing this tribute as the service is being held.
